On Saturday, January 10, over 20 people attended the first of three sessions being held this month as part of the Brodhead Chapter of Trout Unlimited’s Beginning Fly-Tying class led by Scott Cesari.
The class was held today at the Kettle Creek Environmental Education located at the County-owned Kettle Creek Wildlife Sanctuary near Bartonsville. Participants will have two more sessions this month as they learn the essential skills of fly-tying from Cesari, a Pennsylvania State Fly-Tying Champion.
In addition to Cesari, numerous volunteers assisted the class participants given them personal instruction and advice during the class.
